Take a Dim View With This Product
 All winter, we whine about not enough light. Skylights and solar tube products help brighten a room and our spirits, but sometimes they help too much — forcing us to squint or even to don sunglasses in our kitchens during the spring and summer.
Well, we've discovered the Solatube Daylight Dimmer. A simple but brilliant idea, the Daylight Dimmer regulates the amount of light entering a room. A switch controls a variable butterfly baffle, which adjusts the light output.
To soften or warm the light color, Solatube also offers Effect Lenses. Choices include: - Clear lens that brings bright natural daylight
- Warm-effect lens for creating a color like that from an incandescent light bulb
- Softening-effect lens that makes a softened natural light
- Warm softening-effect lens that is like the warm-effect lens but with a softer glow
